Summary

Patent applications have been filed for Plantagons innovations and they are divided into four patent families with the following titles:

  1. Conveying system, tower structure with conveying system, and method for conveying containers with a conveying system
  2. Building for cultivating crops in trays, with conveying system for moving the trays
  3. Method and arrangement for growing plants
  4. Pot device and method related thereto

The first patent family includes granted patents in Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, USA, and Hong Kong. Furthermore, the European Patent Office (EPO) has granted a patent which has been validated in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Turkey, Germany and Austria. In addition, the first family includes a patent application in India.

The second patent family includes granted patents in ARIPO (African Regional Intellectual Property Organization), China and Singapore. The ARIPO patent has effect in following designated contracting states: Botswana, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The second family furthermore includes patent applications in USA, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Oman, Russia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and EPO (European Patent Office). The application in Hong Kong based on the granted Chinese patent will soon be granted.

The third patent family includes granted patents in China, Singapore and South Korea and patent applications in USA, Australia, ARIPO, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Oman, Russia, United Arab Emirates and EPO (European Patent Office). The application in Hong Kong based on the granted Chinese patent and will soon be granted. In addition, ARIPO has already issued a decision to grant a patent with following designated countries: Botswana, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The fourth patent family includes patent applications in Sweden, USA, Singapore, China, EPO (European Patent Office), South Korea, Hong Kong, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Japan.

Design aspects of the first invention are protected by design registrations in USA, Japan, China, India and European Union. The second, third and fourth inventions are protected by registered designs in the European Union.
